Exchange/Return Policy

All shipments are carefully inspected before they are dispatched. However, if due to some unforeseen situation you are not happy with the product then the following terms apply for a mutually consented resolution of the situation. The products can be returned if you are unhappy with the quality of the product or found that the product is defective, you may exchange or return products for a full refund as a credit to your AATIKE Account (means that the amount will be refunded in the form of credit to your AATIKE account which can be utilized for future purchases), less shipping charges, taxes, customs duties etc. paid by you at the time of purchase/receiving the goods or can be replaced with the product of the same product ID which will be sent back to you at no extra shipment charges.

Please note that during exchange/return the shipment charges are to be borne by the customers. If you want a replacement of the product purchased, then we will ship a replacement item at the earliest possible with no extra shipping cost to you on receiving the returned product based on below mentioned conditions, however the shipment costs/taxes/customs duties etc. will not be considered for refund/credit to your account. 

Conditions for return Policy 

  • Only toys which are in the original packing and without damage, together with all the accessories, instructions for use and invoice or proof of purchase can be returned
     
  • Will never be accepted for return if
    • Products already installed, used, soiled, damaged or incomplete
    • Products of which the packaging (or a part of it) has been opened
    • Products with an obvious personal character
    • Products which cannot be sent back because of their nature
  • At any point the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods
     
  • For Return/Exchange, the shipment charges are to be borne by the customers

Process to Return the Products

  • Please fill out the Merchandise Return form on the back of your invoice and include the reason for return. The products can be returned only if the products are found defective or a strong quality reason
     
  • Send the package via reputed courier services or insured Government Postal Services to the address indicated on your packing slip
     
  • Please note that the Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. Please allow 7-10 business days for the return transit time, plus an additional 10 business days upon receipt for the return to be completed and the refund to be issued to your account.
